That is a lot of sailboat for $3000, 675 miles away from me. It looks to be a landlocked lake, so I would have to arrange shipping on this one. But what a deal, let's see if I bought every boat I like this fall I think that would be about for more boats in my yard. This boat would fit in my slip okay, but I would probably have to cut a foot off the keel due to the low water level in the Great Lakes.

yeah water level is becoming an issue on the great lakes. I ran aground the last three times I left my harbor in Oconto last fall. Sand bottom and easy to get out, but a pain when you cant even clear the breakwall without touching. I am looking at maybe heading for the deeper waters of Sturgeon Bay this spring. I will miss the warm sandy waters of the west side of the bay, but the move will put me withing striking distance of lower Michigan on a extended weekend.

Very low price for an 83..Some of the pictures looked like it is a wet boat.. :(
