Geez, I hate this but I am selling my 1978 26' Chrysler. All the usual equipment, 9.9 Mercury long shaft electric start, furler, tandem trailer custom made exactly for this boat( and no I won't sell it separately guys ) Asking $11500 Cdn. At Newcastle Yacht Club ( near Toronto Ontario Canada) Call 905-987-1123 or lilaccottage601@hotmail.com Ask for Russell ( he's the one with the tears in his voice )

What hurts the most, is that many of us understand why you had to sell your "precious" and how hard that is for you.

I was unemployed for three months, and almost lost everything. However, even if I lost the cars and the house, my C-22 was fully paid for and they could never take that away from me.

Wife was not thrilled about living on a sailboat, but that was the one "roof" over our heads that would have protected us, when there was nothing else left.

Yup, sometimes life totally sucks!

Sorry you have to sale it, Good Luck. But live abord is a chep way to go. I payed $2400 for my C-26, $1750 for the slip ( I own it ) taxes on slip about $75.00 a year, slip comes with a bath house an all the elc. & water I can use for $225.00 a year. But I would need another slip down south for the winter.
