NONE SAILING RELATED nice photos

Post by CaptainScott »

Yeah, I know, not sailing but . . .

Yesterday a co-worker and I went for a very long motorcycle ride.
We left at 9:00am and arrived home at 5:00PM. We spent maybe 20 minutes at the mountain and about 1/2 hour for lunch. We had a spectacular ride an were greated with views like these!

I hope you enjoy!!

Nice pictures and looks like it would be a nice ride. I thought I might have been the only one here that has 2 fair weather hobbies. Some days I don't know which to do, ride or sail. And some days like last Sunday, I did both. Rode from 7-noon, just riding in the country, then from 2pm-9pm, sailed single-handed in Lake Michigan.

Like the winds of the sea are the ways of fate,
As we voyage along through life:
'Tis the set of the soul which decides its goal,
And not the calm or the strife.

Actually there are several folks here with non sailing hobbies that cross over nicely.

There is a post somewhere here with a lot of them listed!

Ah the life of Cap'n Scott! Nice pictures.

At last count I have 9 bikes, but none have motors ;-)
