FINALLY! LADY DI HITS THE WATER FOR REAL!

Post by CaptainScott »

Well, if you've followed my website you have seen the many changes we've done to Lady Di!! About a month ago we floated her but just to check for leaks. She went right back on the trailer and home again.

Lady Di was a negelect boat. Sitting under huge 115' pine trees and covered in needles and sap. At one point she even had "FOR SALE" spray painted on the hull!! OMG! Who'd buy that??? Hee hee! ME!!!!

Much to my wifes . . . . Well, never mind, either way I bought her.She was lacking EVERYTHING! Well it seemed that way anyway. However, the hull was very solid! So to work I went.

Here are the fruits of my labor!!!
We spent about 5 hours sailing her yesterday in 90 degree weather with 5-15kts of wind! BEAUTIFUL!

Guess it's almost time to sell her :( .
