Hello everyone,
We are Anne and Tony and own a 1978 C22 since June of last year. Great first boat to have and we love her dearly. She is dark blue with white stripes
and is called Tikity Boo. Fixed keel with flip up thru hull rudder, bolted in down position, head, sink,2 burner propane stove and merc 15hp outboard.

We sail here on two river systems, the Kennebecasis and Saint John rivers.
This gives us several hundred miles to use, without dams or locks to go through. wind is plentyful at times and can yield 3-4 foot swells. Anne and I sailed without visitors last year to learn the boat and to get some more tiller experience. We have sailed with the previous owners for many years on several of their sailboats. Ok thats about it for now. Will be posting more shortly to tell what happened last Sunday about losing rudder and coast guard rescue LOLLOLOL. What a fathers day sail it was!!!

Welcome aboard! I like the blue also. I'm looking for the right color to paint Copacetic's topsides. I've been leaning towards red but I sure do like that blue.

Welcome aboard!

That is a lovely boat.

Lost the rudder, ouch, have you got a replacement or we're you able save the one that broke off? Fixed soon? We love the stories here.

My first sail in the Honu, I broke down in the shipping lanes in Puget Sound as the sun was setting. Saved by Ocean going Tug headed to Alaska. Epic comic tragidy and I can laugh about it now. Truely you have found the right home.

Thanks
Alan
