Pirateer Stability

Hello!
I’m helping a friend restore a pirateer. We’ve got everything ready to go, but I’m concerned about the stability of the boat. Doesn’t seem to have any ballast, which makes it very difficult to get in and out and to position two people in the cockpit without feeling off balance. I sailed other small boats that were much more stable than this one. Are all pirateers the same as this or did we miss something in our restoration process?

Hi… I have the same issue with my Pirateer 13. Extremely unstable. Not sure how to resolve the problem. Be safe.
