C-26 Cabin cushion removal... How to?

Post by Dayenu »

Hi Guys!

Thanks for all the advice so far... One of my projects slated for this winter is building a new galley... Like some of you, I want to extend the port-side counter forward where the smaller back-rest cushion is...

I don't want to rip it off and damage anything... How is this removed? Does it slide up? are there hidden screws?

Thanks for any advice (or photos showing how it's done?)

Best,
Richard

Look over the back of them, should see they are held on by L brackets screwed in to top of banquette back. Plan on using short screwdriver with big fat tip if you have same setup as my two did...royal pain..

Happen to have one at hand, here's a pic

That totally explains everything! I hadn't thought to look over the top edge!

Now all I need is time! LOL!
