Sad to see you are putting your sailboat up for sale, hope you are not getting out of sailing all together. I'm sure you will get close to your asking price, a fixed keel with trailer I'm sure are hard to come by... good luck.

Thanks to everyone for thier support... I do have further plans to continue sailing. This isnt an easy decesion but a necessary one...
