Not sure if I would want to use them for a long cruise, but for planning a trip they would be great until you can get a real chart.

I've also tried this and they print up nice..I did also 'stitch' the pages together to make one big chart, but I wouldn't again, too much work..but as single pages in order they are nice, and the price is right !

I use them for planning and keep them in a loose leaf notebook which I am going to laminate to waterproof them.

Printing tip: InkJet prints run when wet, Laser prints do not.

Google Earth is my friend for planning. I'm going to test it's measuring accuracy in the Galveston/Freeport area next week.
