Eye Splicing Sta-set X lines

Hey all,
I ordered all new lines for Forplay and they arrived Monday! YEAH!

So last night I had some time so I thought I'd give splicing the eyes and collars into the ends!

First thing I need to say is splicing sta-set X IS NOT splicing double braided line! It is different!

I would however suggest you watch several different Utube videos on splicing Double Braid line. That will teach you how to "Milk" the line. Great technics even for sta-set X.

I made 7 splices and had to cut to off and toss because I did not like the look. Otherewise, so far, so good!

I've never spliced StaSet X, but the parallel core does make it a different animal. Sounds like it went well. Congrats!
