Mutiny on Greman Navy Tall Ship, Groch Fock

Wow this is right out of an old sailing novel almost. It appears to be for real.

"The 25-year old cadet fell 80 feet from the mast in November and subsequently died from her injuries. The mutiny was allegedly prompted by her crewmates refusal to obey orders to climb into the rigging."

So is that a hanging offense or a firing squad?

Or does it have to be in a time of war for the death penalty for mutiny on a commissioned Navy Vessel?

This can't end well any way you slice this.

There was one not American but Dutch 401 years ago on the 4th attempt Henry Hudson his crew set him adrift with anyone that was with him in Nova Scotia and they sailed back home.
