So many nice boats so little time.

When we were looking for the "bigger boat" I think we ran across an ad for that C&C 30 on Boat Trader.com and don't think he was asking much more then what the saildrive setup coast and maybe a few other new parts he had that wasn't instaled yet, and the trailer. it would be a great deal but my 1st mate was ready to go so I was told "no projects"

Theres also a nice sailable project C&C 33 listed on the board at the marina across from the anchorage we are at for $5000. if anyone is interested.

correction their asking $3700

Just think of them as 22' high tides that are pushed 5 miles inland by 120mph winds . That's all.

Well, Alan, now that you mention it . . ..

Port Browning North Pender Island Canada was and might be still for sale!
Diane and I thought LONG AND HARD about buying it. We might be able to swing the purchase but we'd be flat broke with no cash flow. Without some type of guaranteed income we'd likely loose the place since we could not make payments. Thje place could be very cool. It has docks, campground, swimming pool, 5 cabins, a store and a restaurant.

We considered selling out, keeping Destiny, living aboard her in our own marina until finances came around . . . .. .

We've had our own personal driving forces to not move.

However that will all change in the next two years. So . . . ..

Any Chrysler owners here that are independantly wealthy and are looking for an investment appertunity, the place is complete however looks run down and a bit shabby.

So imagine . . . .
A sailors paradise . . . . . .

Sailboats 75 cents a foot.
Powerboats 3.25 a foot.
If you fly the correct flaggy, you get 50 cents a foot . . . . .

Captain Ron, Mutiny on the Bounty, Pirates of . . ., all playing in turn in the restaurant and lounge . . . .
Campfires in the campground . . . . the pool is actually kept clean . . . .

Oh my where is my mind today . . . . .

sheesh, I need a change . .. . LOL!

Scott

OK, I now return you to your regularly scheduled forum . . . .

Well, Mario, I can argue one point but not the other.
It does get cold around here in the winter but not like some places. I will give you that one though.

However, I'm thinking YOU are on the wrong coast!!! LOL!!
