Hull/Rudder Repair?

Just what type of fiberglass bond/resin to use to fix something like these.

And what to do about a Rudder like:

For the Rudder I was thinking of scraping the inside loose bits out then filling it with some sort of spray foam... and then shaping it to the rudder followed by a coat with some fiberglass

** for the rudder I'm referring to just the crack. I realize it needs to be sanded and painted all over besides.
