does anyone know of a way to repair a soft spot without cutting it out

If the core is dry, you can inject the area however I've never done this myself so one of the more knowledgeable folks will likley chime in.

How big is it? One way is drilling holes and let it air dry, then inject epoxy resin. I had a couple of soft spots (more like 8) and I had to cut the interior liner and replace the rotten plywood. If I have to do it again, I would cut the exterior skin instead.
