Banshi (and others) you might this site helpful in re-installing your keel.

IF I remove mine (I said IF), I may look at something along these lines.

You saved me from having to hunt that thing back up, I saw this when I was researching the project originally. It is a good starting point though I think some modifications will be necessary to make it work on mine. This time I'll save the link.
