Buccaneer bailers

I’m in the process of reconditioning a Buccaneer and have removed the old round bailers and glassed the holes. I’m looking to purchase Andersen mini bailers but there are two versions, inside Mount and outside mount. What is the difference between the two and which would be the “better” one for the Buccaneer?
