Late 70s 22’ sailboat for sale

Spent its life on freshwater. Cushions are very good. Has a Triad twin axle trailer. Comes with original outboard.
Pretty sure it’s sea worthy. It’s my aging father in laws, he’s done a lot to it. But he hasn’t used it in a few years.
He’d like 2500. He says the cushions/sails and trailer are worth twice that!
