70's Lone Star 16 $300

Not sure the year off hand. I have a lot of pictures of what needs to be replaced. I'd give the boat away free but it has a good trailer, so I'm asking $300.
I have a fairly new set of sails (main and jib). They were used about three times before a tree fell on the previous owners boat and destroyed it. Those are NOT included for $300 but can be sold with the boat for an extra $500. So, I got the sails as I was planning to refurbish the LS16. I have not had time to restore it as planned and wife says it needs to go. She says four sailboats is too many. Hogwash! But, to keep the peace, the worst of the fleet must go.
No titles or registration on either. I could potentially get a title easily for the trailer if need be.
