Halyard dimensions for C22

It took some digging to get the right sizes. The Jib Sheet diameter is an educated guest based on all the postings I read. I am a new owner about to go get my lines. Which lines should have a whip? I would appreciate some guidance here.
Halyard 5/16 x 29’ (2)
Line – Outhaul/Downhaul 3/16 diameter x 72” (2)
Jib Sheet – 3/8 x 40’ (2)
Main Sheet 3/8 diameter x 43’ (1)
