Hurray Oracle!!

I could not watch the last race so I had to wait for UTUBE. I very carefully avoided all sailing related websites, avoided sailing buddies, and avoided the news!

Had to work very late the other night so I came in a little early to watch the UTUBE event! MY buddy was already here. When he saw my bring up the last race, the first thing he said was " Did you hear Oracle won"!!!

AWE MAN! I would not have guessed +1 for Oracle at the start since the partially dove the boat and KIWIs ran out ahead!

These boats are freakin awesome! I knw some folks prefer the old mono hull sailing days but I tell you, it is races like this where we have the sailing advances that end up on our own boats! Who'd have thunk a Code 0 sail would end up being a crusing spinnaker for a lot of modern day sloops??

Let the technology grow! I really want one of those little trimarans that foil! I just want to give it a go for a season or two! heh heh!

IF my bride reads that last line . . . . . . . . DOH!

Hey Capt. Scott!

Here's a little trimaran for ya! Not quite up on her tippy toes, but that's because of the load! :D
