Anyone know where I a can get a thru hull fitting or the size that would work? I found the stock beige on/off Chrysler seacock but no fitting in place.

Not familiar with the C22, but should be a stock thru hull. Measure the hole in the hull, and that's how the thruhull should be listed. Make sure it has a threaded top and not a hose barb top, and you should be good to go ! For use below waterline type if it is below waterline of course..
