E.E.

Your right it is truly a real find and a fine price to go along with it. Not saying its not worth it, its just if I had that much money to play with I would go for something a bit bigger... but that just me and my two cents.

What a find, the 1977 dealer price list has it at $ 6,930.00 with out the outboard or the trailer. So hear is a new c-22 at a lot less than 1977 price.

I wonder what it would be like to have a Chrysler boat that did not need restoring!

I think it's newer than 1977, because it has square windows.
But really, no faded graphics in the outboard, and hub caps on the trailer 8)

Personally, for me, it would not be good. There are soooo many things one can do to even a pristine boat to pimp it out. When grocery shopping with the wif at Wallysmart, I'm the kind of guy that strays to the auto isle looking at junk that tacks onto trucks

Hmmm, I'm looking at that boat thinking that a nice shiny custom chain link wheel or tiller might do, or how about that set of rubber 'you know whats' on the receiver? Say, has anyone out there thought of spinning rims... on their trailer? See what I mean... and that previously mentioned artificial teak Dek-king (no slap needed yet) on the rail was actually a fleeting thought at one time to resolve the C20's standing rail water issue (but upon actually seeing it... and what dekking meant in Dutch after Googling  , I suddenly came to my senses LMAO)

Thank goodness for that repair list of things that actually need to be done, it keeps me grounded.

BTW, Yikes, just saw that THIS was my 200th post. I've got to go to confession before I go blind!

OK, may be that guy should relist the boat, to say: Free Boat just pay 10% of the 20 year inside storage bill.

Now seriously folks, that boat appears to be flippin' beautiful & OEM inside 'n out. I'd give my eye teeth to be able to afford to buy, maintain and sail something like that. I get in her and it'd be 1977, and I'd be a freshman at CMU again. But this time with Ca_LASSSSSSSzzzzzzzz!!!! : )))))))) Cripe, a 26' McGregor runs ~$30G new. I'll take a new Chrysler for $5G any day, thanks

Wow, that boat is in amazing shape. I feel bad because...that boat looks exactly like mine but wayyy better. The original paint job and window styles are the same on my boat, which is a 1980. Do you think it is a 1980 model? VERY well taken care of.
