Hello,
Can someone tell me how the fixed pieces of plywood in the C-26 forward berth are attached to the sides of the hull? I want to replace mine, but I can't see how it attaches.
Thanks,
Bob

I just removed the cushions from my v-birth on my "new" C26 and found that the forward plywood was completely Rotten.
Looks like the old plywood was glassed in, Thinking That I could simply cut out the rot and lay 1/2 in plywood on top the the remain fiberglass edge, add some support and be done with it.

Glassed in with tape - also they are cut at a slight angle so they wedge into place..

Been there done that...twice. Go back with a bit thicker ply than original too. Also (from the link I have posted before)check and maybe replace the bulkhead between vberth and anchor locker. Its a pain but that bit of sealant at the bottom of yours means something !
