Hmmm...a (saltwater?)C-20 with no trailer and no tiller for three grand? Maybe this forum has driven a market price shift for vintage Chrysler sailboats. It's the power of positive media. I certainly hope he gets asking price! :D

I've actually wondered that a time or two also.

We're about 40 minutes away from Gulf Breeze. We looked at a house on a canal just west of the Garcon Point Bridge, but thought the traffic on 98 from there to FWB/Destin would be too much of a commute.

And you know what they say about living on the water. "If you're lucky enough to live on the water, you're lucky enough."
