After 6 months Blue Magic (30' TMI) is now legaly registered. My first job was to get a new jib, Mariio G had one, gave it a try, was not going to work. The end result of trying to get the sail up was a torn rotator cuff. I found an add for a local sail maker,(waters sails) and had a 135 made for the ole girl. Can hardly wait to try it out... Next major project is to get out the stripper and remove all the old varnish and reseal the teak.

YIKES!
Lets see
1. Surgery (add ice)
2. Strap arm to chest for 2 months (add ice)
3. Physical Therapy for 2 months (add ice) The term "breaking and adhesion" will bring a whole new level of dread and improved movement to your life. (add ice)
4. You will be able to feel a sudden Barometric Pressure drops in your shoulder from now on. (Add ice)
Thanks
Alan

I found those pain killers make the Jack last a lot longer, ice or no ice!
Give it time, I'm 9 weeks past having L5-S1 fused and just about off everything. Life is better again!
Good Luck and Good Healing!!

Almost 3 yrs post shoulder repair myself, everything but the rotator cuff!
Patience and aggressive PT will make the differance. Good luck with both projects!
