Going to sell my C22 and move up in size. The following items new within the last 6 months; keel brackets and pin, interior, stereo, vhf, antenna, electrical system, spreader brackets, rudder post/cheek assy., and running rigging. Comes with good sails, main, jib,and two genoas. One genoa is nearly new. Included is a newly reworked tandum axle trailer with new tires, bearings and races. Comes with a great running mercury 7.5 extra long shaft kicker. This is a turn key boat. Call me at 423-502-1684. Asking $2950.00. Just tring to get my money back out of her, I ain't making a dime. Something with stand up headroom below. Fixed galley and head. There's a 28.5 Irwin for sale close by, good boats from what I've read.
