I am installing new lines to raise and lower my rudder and wondered what is the best method to knot the lines in the rudder holes so they don't pull out.

I just re-rigged mine using 3/16 dacron. I used a standard stopper knot, but I slipped a 1/4" stainless flat washer on ahead of the knot before I pushed it back into the hole in the rudder.
