Help Identifying Hull Design for 16ft Sloop

Post by motoxpro »

Hi Guys,
I am new to the club, but have had Chryslers for years and have a question identifying my grandfather given 1960-1970ish fiberglass 16ft day sailor sloop with a small cabin. (He was a retired QC line man for Chrysler plant)

The boat is from Texas and was told that it may be a Chrysler or Glasstron but it doesn't seem right, it could even be a Dolphin?
It is a single sail mono-hull that has no V at the bow, but it appears to have a reverse V with 2 cat style chines back to the dagger board then transitions to concave back to the stern???

I can provide pictures if it would help.
Thanks,
Motoxpro

That looks a lot like my old Starcraft Seaflight 12, but you said it was a 16 footer :?
