1976 22' chrysler for sale

I have a 22' 1976 chrysler sailboat. It has a swing keel and no trailer. It is on a steel base that I was told came with the boat. It has 2 sails and as far as I know it is missing no parts. I bought it thinking I would have time to restore it but not the case at all. From what I see the rudder bushing were redone but the swingkeel needs new pins. I do not have a motor for it. It is located in massachusetts. I would like to see it go to someone who has time to fix it up. I am asking for $ 600.00 the price I paid for it.
