Then you can explain the purple line from the left "Computer Model
Forecast Speed". I don't understand that one.

My understanding is that is simply what the computer modeling forecast for wind speed. The graph lets you see recent actual vs forecast. That way if you're looking at the forecast you have some idea of it's recent accuracy.
