removing swing keel

Has anyone removed the swing keel from a C20? I am looking for some instructions......thanks to all.

I've got a C22, but I would think the two would be similar, there's a bunch of info on how to remove the keel at

i have a c26 & need to remove it's swing keel. did you have any luck finding info for your c20 keel removal?
