Oh my gosh!
How envious of you I just became! LOL!
I really need to be a snow bird with a boat in each place of call! LOL!

Fantastic pictures! If you have not figured me out yet I love pictures and can live vicariously through yours! LOL!

Wonderfull and thank you for sharing!

In comparison, I'll ride my Harley to the Marina tonight after my real job, in the 40's temp wise to help do a pre-survey on a boat for a guy. We'll have flashlights since it will likely be overcast AND dark by 4:30!!

Sunday we will be out doing sea trials. We are currently in for a cold snap Friday and the anticipate highs Sunday are to be in the LOW 30's.

I know some folks are already snowed in and boats away for the year so I guess me whining about GOING SAILING is not going to be received well by some!!! LOL!

Absolutely wonderful shots though! Thanks for sharing!!

Thank Ron he posted them for me, old salty can't figure it out!!

These are pics with the topside work underway, new pics will show the tri color look on top. Thanks Ron....Temps in low eighties today mid 70's tonight for a low, thought you would want to know.

Note the extra window for V berth, you may also see the rode bag, they work great it has 25' of chain and 250' line, drains well and stays put.

say hello to " Henry " our Great White Heron in our backyard he chases the ospreys off the spreaders for us, he lives in the lagoon but hangs out mostly on our seawall. Enjoy the pics from Paradise! warm winds 8) KS

I noticed that extra window. That would be very handy in the front berth. Good idea.

I hope you guys down south get snow for xmas.

I will post what ever pic you send. So send away.

The forward extra windows are actually 3 large round portholes and we added tinted lexan to all to keep cool. Thanks Ron, no snow here though

Snow - a thing Keys and I have in common; I always tell everybody if it is white and granular it better be sugar white beach sand if you want me to be out around it !

Oddly enough, we have snow in tonight's forecast down here. Won't get below freezing so no accumulation.

Seriously, nice pics, good looking boat, thanks for posting them.

Better yet, pm me yours and I'll send you a pair of Kino sandals you can wear them to work while cabin fever sets in this winter, I'll be thinkin of you as I sail the tropics......you can wear them while you shovel the snow,
and if you keep wearing shorts in 45 degree weather you'll be to sick to sail, I say give your boat a vacation if you won't give yourself one, you can stop by and see EE on the way. Thanks Again Ron 8) KS

EE glad you enjoying it. So many of the waterways are low this time of year I am sure you guys can use a little solid water.

Still 3" on the ground at 115pm, but melting a bit. Man. New Orleans even got snow heaviest since 1963. Hopefully will be gone before the morning commute.

Hey, send more pics of Ragtime for Ron to post. She looks great.

KS,

Not to be rude or morbid, but those pics have me wondering, how old are you, and where do I stand in line for your job when you kick the bucket.

Thanks for the compliments, she is really starting to look good, with no college football this weekend and all our guests warm and fuzzy in our houses I should finish putting the teak back on and finishing the cockpit floor. There is another C-26 in Key West Bight and I can't wait to drop the hook and show it off, still working on the salon, V is done but more work remains I keep trying to give Ron a working vacation but he likes the cold.
just kidding Ron....Thanks.

Capt. Scott, when you want to change lattitudes and attitudes let me know
I have some swamp land on the east side of the Island.

Thanks Darin....for reminding me I am old, I quit counting when I hit 50 a couple of years ago, and my job is fun....I get people out of the great white north for a taste of the tropics. PM me your address and I'll send you my buddies book " Quit your job & Move to Key West.

More pics this weekend, always a house and a dock at a great discount for our online sailing friends. 8) KS aka old salty

For you my friend.....hhmm..I'm thinkin' open water sunset view, with only a pool between you and your boat, fresh lobster on the grill with a ice cold beer or Mojito after sailing the out islands and diving the reef...
while the sun sets over your bow. Thanks Mon 8) KS
