Well the redhead has abandoned the search for a vacation cabin cruiser/power boat that was spacious enough while being affordable enough..and so tomorrow we pick up a brand new 28' Catalina.. :wink:
Ok so its not 'that kind' of Catalina..

Vary nice, now just be on the look out for some pontoons or a barge to put it on. An stay off the boat ramp

Thank you ! 2006 F150 4.6L V8 with electric brakes
Its dry weight is about the same as a C26. Overall length is 28' but living is 24', model is Catalina 243RBS.

Just got back from the 130 mile trip home..and it was ok except a few long steep hills and they weren't too bad..

OR..I will power it up,cook burgers by it, sip Coronas, and listen to LSU baseball on the outside speakers ! 8) The redhead is most pleased with her vacation/retirement soon getaway
BTW, my usual 19 MPG was 9 MPG today, yikes.

Tomorrow tho its back to work on EE !
