Launch ramp review section
Launch ramp review section
One thing I've noticed missing no matter where I go is a comprehensive listing of good public sailboat ramps to launch at. How about starting a section where people can post launch sites and give a review of it's usability for us trailer sailors. We can break the threads down by state to make it easier for people to find a good place to launch as well as places to avoid.

I agree on using the boom on my 26 is a pain too so I used 2x4 when I put it up and origial bridles ouch they broke and i almost wore the mast so I used chain at the toe rail and ratchet straps. also used 10' of 1"pipe and worked great and with 100' of 7/16 line and 2 double blocks and shackles did not even have to use the winch to raise the 28' mast
Catch the wind and ride the wave, Have fun
