Our drought is over

Post by SN691 »

Our drought is over for this year anyway. In Jan 2009 the lake was 250 feet from the top. As of May 9 2011 the lake was 12 feet from the top

Hey sn691, Is that Milington Lake? If so, I can remember when it was low like in your before pics back in the late 80's. We would go down something like three sets of ramps to get to the water. We use to wear out some Hobie cats back in the day.

Ground to windward is dearly bought, but easly spent.

Jmckamey, No is not Miligton lake, its lake Oroville. Its about 200 miles north of Miligton, and it also have three levels of ramps. It has 3.5 million acre feet of water when full with 165 miles of shore line.
