We are making our trek south on the ICW in Samara our E-32 which I couldn't be more happy with. It handles and sails smooth and I like being at her helm.
Now comes the fun part I have Shaken Knot Stirred following behind and every so often I will jump aboard to crew and teach my step son a little more. Hes doing real well but is missing the sprit yet, I think he wants something that will go faster...lol We will have to see what his mind set is at the end.
internet connections are spotty right now at best so I will post pictures soon.
Sailing 2 at the same time :o)

The Endeavour 32 is a very sweet forgiving ride! She is sea kindly and very comfortable. Unfortunately you do pay in performance with her. NO conmplaints from me though!
We owned an E32 for 5 years. She was our stepping stone and part of a 10 year plan to get the current boat we have. Keep her up and in nice condition and she will treat you very well!

Hey Scott 2 weeks on our E32 and we like it better everyday. This boat was rarely used so it looks near new condition inside &out, plus a lot of time and $$$ put in to comfort changes with out changing the classic look of the boat.
the preformance has been great it sails along 5 to 6 kn's very comfortably and that is great when i've been at the helm 6 hours and don't realize it.
Jumping (literly) to the C-26 and sailing that when the conditions have been right is a big differance, it seems to handle heavy currents a little better.
With your crew I can understand needing the Bene 40 but I think a couple or single person would have no problem going anywhere on a C-26 and in comfort I keep telling my first mate if jr or her want to cry mutiny that I'll just jump on Shaken Knot Stirred and sail off by myself

Now that is great news!
However, knowing the E32, I'm not surprised at all that you are loving her!
Glad to hear all is going well for you! I very distinctly remember reading a few posts in the past where things were a bit more hectic for ya!
Care what you say about a mutany! Your crew might INSIST you go to the Chrysler . . . . . . .
Glad all is well!

sorry i have been real slack about posting how the voyage with 2 boats have been going but it has gotten real crazy at times, While comming into St Augustine harbour it got dark before we got in and shaken knot Stirred fell a few lenghts behind so I got the anchor droped on Samara and then heard the call "I'm at the bridgeand can no longer see the markers" (night blindness must suck) Well right after the bridge is the inlet and althou i got to see a few pods of dalphans while comming in Jr (the stepson) couldn't even make out the city lights, so I told him to drop anchor were he was and jumped in the dinghy to go across the bay to get him and the C-26. i'm glad I set up a light on the dinghy because as soon as i got close to the inlet came in a shrimp boat and he was much bigger then me. well I took over helm on Shacken Knot Stirred and brought her in to safe harbuor. Well not bad untill the next morning when I was awoken by a slight bump on the hull and couldn't imagine who could be knocking on my hull at that time. I looked out my berth window and thought my mind was playing tricks because all I could see was dingy green WTF. Well this what we thought was an abandond boat was up against us and I was on deck half dressed and still half asleep, yelling to my 1st mate there was a problem. So while holding this growth covered duck taped windowed 25' older hunter that had rope holding half the rub rail on, off our hull all I could think was to have the 1st mate call the Coast Gaurd and tell them we had a floating abandond boat and needed help. So with in a few minutes the city fire dept. shows up to help and we descover that its anchor line is around our 2 anchor lines (it was very windy that night) so the best thing would be to cut its line that was without any exaggeration 4" in dia. with growth free. The firemen take the boat over to the city mooring field and I think thats the last of that well about two hours later while setting insideI hear dog barking just outside our boat , WTF well I just get my head stuck out the hatch way and this homeless looking woman with a lap size dog starts screaming at me about it being her boat that we had no right to cut free and I was going to pay for her anchor and mooring cost or she would call the police.
Well we did talk to the police and found out that the woman was living on the boat and she and it was a thorn in the side for a long time.
We did manage to get to Sailors Exchange a very stocked consignment shop that had everything but the 2 items I was looking for but didn't stop the 1st mate from spending this months boat allowance and a good lunch on shore when we dicided that we didn't want to hangout where with someone with little to lose could mess with us so we headed further down the ICW untill we fould a good anchorage.
We came into Daytona Beach about dusk and figured it would be a good time to drop hook for the night but this time I made sure Shaken Knot Stirred was just off my stern... Well Daytona's channles are very nearrow and we got to a good spot and dropped anchor jr ran aground so I dinghyed across in the dark and with its anchor and the dinghy showed him how to get unstuck with out calling Towboat took about 30 or 40 minutes but I was back behind the helm folling the same route I used to get Samara to anchor and all was good.
We are doing more sailing then motoring due to the gas consuption that Shaken's 9.9 out board uses and even thou not getting as far as we would like at times haveing a great time. I'm still jumping back and forth teaching and doing minor maintance (more of the maintaince on our E-32 but its what to be expected on a new boat)
I also meet up with a solo sailor in New Symerna Beach that was in the first marina we had in Oriental that has a Persons 40 and was knocked down outside of St Augustines that I helped with engine and rigging repairs. It never gets dull.
