Anchoring technique discovered

After camping for 12 days on Lake Allatoona I needed to find an easy way
to anchor the boat deep enough to save the bottom from a beating when
the wakes tossed her about but wanted access to board and unload.
Here is my solution. It worked great. I put a dock bumper on the anchor
line and had a mooring ready each time I returned to my camp.

Set anchor with pleanty of scope and confirm it is secure(Blue Rope). Make length reach
where stern is near enough to shore to allow confortable loading and unloading.
Set anchor line on bow cleat; about 20 feet down the ancor line make an alpine
/butterfly knot and connect carribeaner/pulley.
Next tie the bow adjuster line (Orange Rope)to the bow cleat also and then route that line
through the pulley on the anchor line. This line will move boat on and off shore.
It pulls the bow out away from shore when tightened and allows the boat to move back twards shore
for access when loosened.

That's pretty neat...was thinking on this situation the other night.
