As a kid, growing up on a resort in northern Wisconsin we would cut the bottom off gallon bleach jugs to use a boat bailers. Worked great, and the price was right.

Bondo...I have done that too...the one in the video is a little more sturdy and seems to have a good balance...but you do have to spring for the cost of it...Bill
