Restoring LS-16 Help

Hey everyone wanted to introduce myself realized I am just a few days late on the forum 
! My wife and I just came into possession of a LS-16 with all original rigging, sails, etc. here in Charleston, SC. However, The floor has been replaced once before and is rotten again and in need of a second replacement. Also, My Port daggerboard does not raise (stuck in the lowered position). I have scoured this forum and found countless wonderful discussions about repairs; however, have seen no photos of the process from others experiences. I wanted to see if anyone out there still had photos or advice when repairing the floor and daggerboards. Thank you in advance
