Sailing in west texas

Post by bjaeger »

I have been a member of this Forum for five years, and my sailing was done a long time ago. Now, living in west texas, I need a Day Sailor. My first sailing experience was in 1982, being a crew member on an O'Day Lightning. I was the "Chute Hand" managing the Spinnaker on the down wind leg, and Hiking out on the Wingward leg of the weekly races. I was "bitten" by the sailing bug, and I've never recovered. So, now at 72 I have the desire to acquire another Day Sailor. Here in west texas, we have small to medium lakes, and a day sailor would be excellent.
