Gel Coat Initial Maintenance

New owner of ‘77 C22 and first time sailor. Would appreciate suggestions for step by step process to clean, wax, etc. along with recommended products. The hull has been repainted and other than the scratches from my novice docking ability it is in good shape. I want to focus on the topside deck area and potentially repaint the non skid surface. Being over 40 years old the surface has a fair share of spider cracks and a couple of soft spots. I just want to slow down additional deterioration. Thanks in advance!
