I have a dumb question. If the boat is on the jack stands how do paint that small section where the jack touches the hull? I have seen boats on these stands and wondered how that was done.

The sky is supposed to clear up and be nice for a couple of days. Wow two or three days without rain. Enjoy the weekend but take a moment to remember why we have Monday off in the first place. Thank you for all those that have given their lives for your freedom.

We also had a glowing orb in the sky here. The young ones in the village were afraid but there is a legend of a star that will warm and even change the color of your skin.

Hope to get out and enjoy this weekend as well.

http://www.etrailer.com/faq-wiring.aspx

This link shows how to wire different plugs on the 7 pin plug the white wire is a constant 12v line to power the break away or to power the 12 volt fridge when towing. I had to install a break controller on my Explorer to pull the camping trailer.

Looks good and if the boat is not low enough in the back end then you might have to stop at Tim Horton's for a few more jellies and sit in the very back of the boat.

That must be the 'tall rig" that they refer to when shopping for new sails. A new main is not in the budget for this year but note to self "measure".
Thanks for the serial number info, every time I check this site out I learn something new.

The boat is the Sail La Vie and last year I had motor problems the first day I launched (switched to the electric after that).
I think the problem is that after waiting all winter and enduring endless rainstorms, I was just in a hurry and that is not a good thing.

Got the boat in the water not my finest hour.

Well got the boat in the water but had a few problems. I thought no need to extend the tongue on the trailer the water is at flood stage. The boat went in but then would not deep enough to float off the trailer so I started back up the ramp and the trailer popped off the ball and the trailer was han...
