I will send you my best bearing to use as a pattern for the C 26 bearing if you want. Would this help? I would like to purchase one of the finished product and have my original back to reinstall.

Thanks.

bushing size

My least worn bushing measures approx. 3" dia. and 1 & 3/4" high. So it looks like the machine makes a large enough part.

Bingo! Options count. My 2500HD has a 3.73:1( I think) axle ratio and therefore the towing capacity is about 9500 lbs. the same vehicle with a 4.10:1 axle has a higher (12,000 lbs ?) towing capacity. And look for a factory towing or snowplow option for the wiring harness, extra coolers, etc. I may b...

:) Got a great rudder from IDASALOR.COM in Boise Idaho. Did it all via internet and they did answer the phone when I had a question after rudder arrived. The were very helpful. The rudder is IMO an improvement on the OEM design. Have fun with your 'new' boat. :)

Have seen an air leak in fuel cause that problem with a two-cycle outboard. Intermittent rough running that had us change spark plugs and try different shaft angles to stop what we thought was prop cavatation. After finding a small split in the plastic fitting at the fuel tank the problem was solved...
