Sick and tired of being sick and tired?

Oh Yea. Got my flu shot in October, and got a little sick, got the flu in January and really sick. So yes I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. But look at the bright side, it gave me time to read the Chrysler Sailors forum. :D New boats, new members, Birthdays, Polo Shirts and Hats Oh m...

First off Welcome aboard ship mate! That is one fine looking C22 if I say so myself. And I do say so myself. I'm with Captain Scott on the Spreader issue. I will toss in my $.02 on the wiring. Start from scratch... All new wires. All new main panel. All LED's inside and out. This took my power...

I have the C22 Pop-Top. I like the idea but I rarely use it. If I used it more then say once every other year, say maybe ten times a year I'd do it. However I think I will go with the K.I.S.S. principle on my C-22 for now. Now if it were a bigger boat with the corresponding bigger hatch. It would be...

Welcome aboard ship mate. Yup Captain Scot nailed it. it's a drain for the sink and yes it should be closed when sailing. There should be a stop cock on the through hole on the inside. The original Chrysler doc's said to always close the sink sea cock when not in use and to never use it when under w...

LED's are the only way to go. I converted my C22 the first year I had her. I've had light and battery power a plenty ever since. Drawback. Some LED's give my wife and son a headache. The inside dome light I have set up with LED for the 98% of the time I sail without them and Regular incandescent for...

Alan, I have fallen in love with the Lowrance HD5S. Beats the crap out of the Garmins. A very readable 5X5 screen, and works with tiller pilots. I took GPS coordinates off its chart at West Marine and drove to those locations (Dallas to the coast) and compared. That chart was accurate 5 to 10 feet....

Well like all calendars they have to end some time, so you go out and buy another one from Wally World or something. I guess it's time to go out to the Mayan Wally World and buy another calendar that's good for another few hundred years or so. Or maybe those Conquistadors killed the Mayan Gre...

Well, personally, I'd buy it. If I had a place to put it till spring. Then I would clean the boat up real nice, wax it too. Leave the trailer looking. well as bad as possible. Then sell the boat this spring for $600. Then I'd be hard core shopping for a C26 to put on my new trailer, as I am obsessed...

Greg I like you idea of battery placement. Wish I had thought of that before I rewired the whole boat a few years ago. I have my single battery just under the entry way hatch, slightly aft of the keel winch, behind the plywood under the cockpit. It is centered midships in a battery case. My best battery advise, and again my opinion only here. Use only one boat battery, deep cycle. Now for your outboard, I must say I...
