i was looking at the swing rudder on my 22, and wondering about how tough it would be to get rid of. didnt get out sailing this year, but progress is being made.

i am also concerned about my rigging..i dont thinks its original to the boat but not sure. i have some fraying on one of the smaller side stays on the mast. not sure if i can get by with replacing the one...or do i have to replace them all.......any info would be good info. thanks

welcome aboard...nothing but good info and ideas on this forum. my boat also has some cracks in the gel coat of the cabin...i am hoping they are just cosmetic and not structural. i will have to wait until spring to find out.

i see, i was thinking that if the mast moves side to side while putting it up the hinge would put stress on the base...maybe i am wrong. just wondering...thanks

looks good, one question....how will you keep the mast from moving side to side. i imagine that any movement side to side with a solid pin with no movement would cause a lot of stress on the fiberglass. maybe i am wrong or over thinking it.

looks nice, what type of tent is that for...i like the foot print for that tent and it fits the c22 nicely.

i have to small pulleys attached to the toe rails.....are these used for that purpose....i am not sure. thanks
