great sail on sunday

the family out enjoying a sail on a smaller lake...we spent 5 hours sailing up and down the lake. a nice five to ten mile an hour wind. plenty of sailing some swimming...just a great day on the lake. every min on the lake on the boat with family is worth all the time and money spent working on the b...

the boat will be in the water for sailing this week. i ordered from onlineropestore.com. i ordered last night and i got an email for delivery date for the 25th. not to bad. after looking at my main sheet again, it probably was 7/16. i went with 3/8 line for the main sheet. i ordered 90ft blue flake for halyards, 47 ft green flake and red flake for jib...

thanks for all the replies, when i raised the mast a couple weeks ago, i noticed that the main sheet was thicker then the halyards. i am pretty sure that the main sheet was half inch. any one else have this on there main sheet. thanks again for all the great info.

i tried to find some topics on running rigging. i could not find the info i was looking for. i remember people posting where they ordered there rigging from, and how long each line had to be. i could use this info for ordering new running rigging this week. thanks

thanks for the replies.....it could use some poly glow for sure. and its funny you mention global warming...the very next day we had freezing temputures and snow. haha. cant wait to sail her for the first time.....thanks agian.

thanks, the galley turned out really good. the propane tank is stored in the gas tank locker. there is a metal bracket for the propane tank to mount to. the hose has a small whole it runs through to the galley.

thanks, and yeah the windows will be put back into the boat. they are in good shape, they just need some good cleaning and resealing. Its nice to have room in my garage for the boat....know if only i could get some heat going in the garage. the hull is a work in progress but it looks ten times bette...

my dad and i pulled the windows out of our c22 last thursday. pulling the windows wasn't too difficult...cleaning out all the old caulking, that is going to take a while. all four windows took about 40 mins to take out. i used an old margin trowel that was worn down and really skinny. i sild it alon...
