I too have a Pirateer, but it needs lots of work. I need to make some spreaders for her. Could you provide me with some dimensions?

I'm not sure that would work. I don't think the PVC would flex enough with the changing laods from the mast. Unless you're talking about covering the shrouds from the spreader down with the PVC. Then a few inches gap and that might work out real well... Interesting idea!

After saning off multiple coats of paint my boat is now a blaze orange, blue, black, and fibre glass colored in a sort of urban camo pattern. My fiance' has dubbed it "Guppy". I think that'll stick.
