I need one little chain plate for my C-26. Where is a good place to get a replacement?

My safety railing seems to be dramatically leaning in toward the deck. It makes for a very narrow walkway. I have not seen any other boats that the railing is like this. Is this specific to the Chrysler 26, or did some previous owner change the lean angle?
