Outboard Motor Size

Hello everyone, We browsed enough postings to realize that we need a 25 inches shaft. However, it looks like our bracket drops so far down, that what we need is a 15 inches. It seems that even if we were to pull it up when sailing, the 20 and 25 inches will continue to be in the water. The width of ...

Halyard dimensions for C22

It took some digging to get the right sizes. The Jib Sheet diameter is an educated guest based on all the postings I read. I am a new owner about to go get my lines. Which lines should have a whip? I would appreciate some guidance here. Halyard 5/16 x 29’ (2) Line – Outhaul/Downhaul 3/16 diameter x ...

Branden,

Did you sell your C22. It sounded like you took good care of it and should have sold fast. If you still have pictures, can you post them? I just picked up a C22, but it needs plenty of work. I like to see what you did with your. If you din't sell, let me know.

Re: Bimini / Shade for Chrysler 22

CLS72,

I am too looking for a C22 Bimini. Let me know if you are able to find a design or a manufacturer. I'll do the same.

shorter Shaft - Remote Throttle

Hello everyone, The 25" Shaft has less options for motors. Is it possible to install a short or long shaft as long as it has remote-throttle? I would imagine that we can have the motor seating much lower since we do not need access for the controls. Has anyone tried this? Will it work? Thanks, ...

Re: New Chrysler Owner!

Hello everyone, We also just became the proud owners of a 1976 C22. We have some work to get it ready and we have lots of questions. We are in Kenosha, Wisconsin. I am hoping to play with it a bit this season and sale it with my son. We are naming it "Don Arturo" since my wife's family use...
