New owner of ‘77 C22 and first time sailor. Would appreciate suggestions for step by step process to clean, wax, etc. along with recommended products. The hull has been repainted and other than the scratches from my novice docking ability it is in good shape. I want to focus on the topside deck area...

Circular stains have begun to appear on the deck top near the mast connection. I am suspicious since they only appear on the starboard side. My fear is they originate from under the fiberglass! I am a new owner so any insight would be appreciated.
